Health Guarantee/Agreement
Congratulations and we are pleased you have chosen to adopt your new puppy from Grizzly Hollow Farm . We do everything possible to deliver to you the very happiest and healthiest puppy possible. Being a Vet Technician you can rest assured the pups get the very best if care ! All of our customers and puppies receive the following guarantees…
You will need to validate your guarantee ,and schedule an appointment visit with a licensed veterinarian of your choice within a week of taking possession of your puppy. We can gladly recommend several wonderful veterinarians for you -If upon examination your vet determines any life threatening, hereditary, any congenital defects or any major health problems with your new puppy, a replacement puppy only, of equal value, will be given provided that we are notified within 24 hours after the exam. The puppy is to be returned to our location along with all paperwork (CKC/AKC registration and health records) and with a signed document from 2 (two) non associated licensed veterinarians stating defect or problem at no expense to us. A puppy of equal value will be given at no expense from us. However, we may not have a puppy available at the time and you may need to be put on our waiting list for a future litter .. we are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you,-If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the stated time frame then this guarantee will become null and void.
Infectious diseases/parasites are NOT covered by our health agreement as we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after it leaves our farm. This includes kennel cough, cancer, mange, allergies, etc. including fleas, mites, or any other intestinal worms/parasites, giardia as they are common in puppies.You can rest assured that I taken every precaution for the health and well being of your puppy while in my care.
When we are shipping a puppy to you, we guarantee the health of the puppy when he/she is placed on the aircraft and or other discussed means of transportation. This is guaranteed by the fact that a veterinarian’s interstate health certificate is required by law to ship a dog across state lines.All the animals that are shipped have to have this,though we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to while in transit.
When we are shipping a puppy to you, we guarantee the health of the puppy when he/she is placed on the aircraft and or other discussed means of transportation. Your puppy is guaranteed for one year (from date of birth) against life threatening congenital defects making him/her unsuitable as a pet. If within this time frame a life threatening congenital defect (not to include the parvo virus, distemper virus, heart worms or any nutritional related diseases) is attested to by 2 (two) non associated veterinarians and the reason IS congenital, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same breed, quality and price IF our veterinarian concurs with the required written reports from the 2 non associated licensed veterinarians. We must be notified at the onset of the problem and the written reports must be supplied to us within 7 (seven) days of reports being signed and dated. We do NOT refund money and replacement puppies will be subject to availability. We are NOT responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you..and will not be responsible for any illness or any health problems which are diagnosed after these time frames. Again, if the reason for death is determined to have been an avoidable cause that I as the Breeder was responsible for PRIOR TO delivery of the puppy, you will be due another like puppy from the next available litter, NO refunds of any kind will be given. The death must be related to something that I the Breeder could have avoided and or prevented –We are not liable for any injury to the puppy after leaving our farm. IF for ANY reason you find you cannot keep the puppy/dog during his/her lifetime -you are to contact us FIRST before placing him or her with anyone ! The dog must also be spayed /neutered BEFORE re-homing to anyone and **MUST HAVE OUR WRITTEN CONSENT FIRST to re-home at all !
We make no guarantee as to the puppy and his/her show quality, size, temperament, coat quality or adaptability. We do not replace if your puppy does not “work” out with your ways of living or with does not get along with other animals and or family members –as the new “parent” you shall NOT surrender the puppy to ANY rescue organization or shelter..or rehome without written permission !!!– If we have room here the said puppy/dog WILL BE RETURNED to us for re-homing ! We would gladly take the puppy back than to see him/her placed in a shelter! We will do our best to find the puppy a new home or he/she will stay with us here on our farm!
**The puppy is being sold as a PET ONLY ..with LIMITED RIGHTS ONLY –ABSOLUTELY NO BREEDING !! without written consent form from us or legal action may and will occur !!!!
The puppy sold is guaranteed to be healthy and free from apparent congenital defects – that prevent the pup from living a normal life – to the best of the kennel’s ability to determine. (Warranty does not include cryptorchids or over/under bites.) General health guarantee does not include parasites. Our pups are dewormed every 2 weeks-,but it is a common occurrence for pups to have parasites.
The puppy sold is guaranteed to be healthy and free from apparent congenital defects – that prevent the pup from living a normal life – to the best of the kennel’s ability to determine. This agreement is non-transferrable -. If the terms and conditions in this agreement have not been met, this agreement will NOT be honored.
CKC/AKC registration papers can be purchased for a fee if you so desire .Under absolutely NO circumstances are the puppies to be registered with ANY OTHER registry other than AKC or CKC- If we find out you have tried and or did register your puppy with another registry we will proceed with legal action available for us to protect our rights and the purity of our breeding program. We are sorry to have to impose this- but we have found some people actually try to act on this procedure .
A deposit of $ $200 has been paid on the puppy. (Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE). Shipping can be arranged for an additional fee of $400.00- $450.00- Also includes the puppy’s health certificate papers to fly — We ship anywhere you need us to–If you pay through Pay Pal with a e-check -or credit card–you must add $15 as that is what they charge me for accepting these types of payments.Alaska and Canada and pups shipped after 10 weeks of age will be higher -please call me for a quote .
I guarantee that all information provided regarding this puppy is true and accurate– -DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE –

PLEASE REALIZE THAT BY ADOPTING ONE OF OUR PUPPIES THIS WILL BE A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT !!! IF WE FIND OUT ONE OR ANY OF OUR PUPPIES HAVE BEEN REHOMED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM US – WE WILL PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THE PURCHASER AND OR THE PEOPLE IN POSSESSION OF THE PUPPY !! WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO RE-HOME AND IF WE FIND HE/SHE HAS BEEN REHOMED WE WILL PROCEED IN OBTAINING OUR PUPPY BACK AND PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ALL PARTIES INVOLVED !
